Your First Visit
When you visit for your very first appointment, we will require you to complete a comprehensive medical history form. Usually this will take 5 to 10 minutes, so if you arrive a little early this will be of great help.
Running Late or Missed An Appointment?
Should you be delayed or unable to keep an appointment, please call and let us know as soon as possible. We do our best to stay on schedule and understand that no one likes to be kept waiting. Should we be delayed or need to change an appointment, we will contact you.
Emergency Situations
Consultations and treatments are generally by appointment only. However, within our dental practice we understand that emergency situations can occur to any one, at any time. If you are in urgent need of assistance our first available Dentist will see you as soon as possible.
Please Keep Us Up to Date
If your appointment is for other than standard dental treatment (for instance, several dental problems which might require a lengthy consultation) please inform our receptionist when you make the appointment. That way we can provide you with the extra time and care your treatment requires.
