Affordable Dental Implants at Divine Smiles in Brisbane, the next best thing to a natural tooth
Are missing teeth preventing you from leading a happy and healthy life? Dental Implants are a permanent solution to help you recapture the health and appearance of your smile after tooth loss.
A missing tooth can distract from an otherwise beautiful smile, make you look and feel years older and destroy your confidence. It can also have a negative impact on your overall dental health. How? Surrounding gum tissue will be weakened and can also lead to the deterioration of the jawbone. The remaining teeth may shift, rotate or become crooked and an improper bite may develop.

Treatment with Ankylos and Biohorizons Dental Implants
The great thing about Dental Implants is that they look and feel just like natural teeth. At Divine Smiles we use Ankylos Dental Implants and BioHorizons Dental Implants, They are made with biocompatible titanium, which means that your jawbone and gums can heal quickly and readily accept the implant as part of the body.
The Implants are placed directly into your jaw during a minor surgical procedure. Over time the implant fuses to your jawbone and serves as a base for replacing individual teeth. Your bone will fuse with the implant and it will act as a normal tooth root supporting a crown or bridge.
In some instances there may be a need to do a Bone Graft. This becomes mandatory when there is insufficient bone width or height to accommodate an Implant. In most cases we carry out the Bone Graft surgery within the practice. For complicated cases you will be referred to an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon.
We use Simplant Software to plan the implant surgery increasing the predictability of the Implant placement and also increasing the predictability of the Grafting procedures.
Complete Comfort During Treatment
Divine Smiles is pleased to offer patients IV Sedation – making your Cosmetic Dentistry treatment virtually pain-free. IV (Intravenous) sedation, sometimes referred to as sleep dentistry, may be an appropriate alternative for patients who are nervous or apprehensive about this treatment. Feeling almost no pain at all, you will be relaxed and at ease throughout the procedure.
